Operation Mobilization (OM) is an international Christian mission organization working in more than 100 countries worldwide and on two ocean-going mission ships (MV Doulos & MV Logos II). Our role in the body of Christ is to motivate, develop, and equip people for world evangelization, and to strengthen and help plant churches, especially among the unreached in the Middle East, Europe, South and Central Asia (10/40 Windows).
OM missionaries do not have to have formal Bible training. You just need to be age 17 or older, walking with the Lord Jesus as your Savior, sent by your local church and be willing to raise your own financial support.
Your opportunities range from short-term mission trips (3~8 weeks) all the way up to a mission career (3~4 years). You can serve as a Bible and English teacher, counselor, musician, doctor, nurse, cook, church planter, etc.
